Registration, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

Registration for USN Summer Camps is available up to the start date for any camps with openings. Should there be a need to transfer camps, we will honor those requests based on availability. Transfers requested after June 1st may incur a $25 fee. Refunds for cancellations will be issued, minus a $25 processing fee, prior to May 15. After that time, a refund may not be issued. In the event of low enrollment, USN Summer Camps may cancel a camp, in which case, a full refund will be issued.
