WEST DUNDEE, Ill. -- Tri-Cities Little League player evaluations are slated for Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Dundee Crown High School from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Evaluations are mandatory for most levels. Your child must be registered to attend evaluations. Any questions should be directed to the 2018 season player agent Kasia Cawley [email protected]
What players need:
Glove
Gym Shoes/comfortable shoes
Baseball hat
Water bottle

What happens at Evaluations:
All players will need to check in upon arrival. At check in, all paperwork due will be collected. Each player will get a number. This number is how we identify each player. We will also have sample uniforms to verify your size. Please stop by the uniform table and verify your player has the right size ordered. After check in, the players will head into the gym to warm up. Once warmed up, the players will need to complete 4 skills stations. The players don’t need to go in order. Please pick the shortest line and complete that skill. Once you have completed ALL 4 stations, you are done. The 4 skills are:
- Running
- Fielding (both grounders and fly balls)
- Hitting
- Pitching.
TEE BALL PLAYERS do not need to attend evaluations UNLESS you want to be evaluated to play up to the instructional level. If you are league age 6 and want to player in the instructional level, your evaluation time is 9:00 am.
INSTRUCTIONAL PLAYER league age 8 wanting to play up in the Minors Division.
These players are to attend the MINORS time slot. You are to be evaluated with all the other Minors aged players. Please be sure to tell the volunteers at the check in table you are here to play up in the Minors division. Please be sure you have let the player agent know as well.
MINOR PLAYER league age 10 wanting to play up in the Majors Division.
These players are to attend the MAJORS time slot. You are to be evaluated with all the other Majors aged players. Please be sure to tell the volunteers at the check in table you are here to play up in the Majors division. Please be sure you have let the player agent know as well.
These Minors players are also required to be evaluated for the MINORS division as well. Please check in again AFTER you have completed your Majors division evaluation. You can go with the first group of Minors players.
SOFTBALL MINOR B players DO NOT need to attend evaluations UNLESS you want to be evaluated to player Minor A. If you want to be evaluated to player Minor A, please attend during the time slot for Minor A.
Below is the schedule based on Division. It is very important to arrive 15 minutes early for you time slot to allow time to check in and warm up. If you are not able to make these times, please attend evaluations at 1:00 pm (baseball only, softball is over at 12:00pm). Evaluation will end promptly at 2:00 pm. It takes about 30 minutes (based on amount of players attending at a time) to complete evaluations, so we ask all players arrive no later than 1:30 pm.
