Spring/Summer Basketball registration is open!

The Spring/Summer Basketball program is now open! Simply go to www.blueeaglesbasketball.com, login and register your child anytime before March 25th.

This program is for rising 4th - 8th graders (current 3rd-7th graders) who are considered to have strong and above average basketball skills, are committed to the sport and are considering basketball as an eventual primary sport. The Spring/Summer Basketball program is more competitive in nature than the Winter Basketball season. The program aims to prepare kids for competitive Middle School and High School basketball via open gyms, skills training and participation in a competitive Summer League - all under the guidance of Blue Eagles Basketball with the support of the Nazareth Schools Boys and Girls Basketball programs. Registration closes on March 25th, 2020, for the upcoming Spring/Summer program.

The Spring/Summer season begins in early May with games usually beginning in early June and going until the end of July. Cost to participate in the Spring/Summer program is $120 per child. Practices are usually located at nearby gym locations such as the Palmer Chrin Center, Colonial Academy and, as available, NASD gymnasiums. All games are located at the Forks Community Center. Most games are played on weekends, but occasional weeknight games are possible.

Blue Eagles Basketball recognizes that participation in the Spring/Summer program can be secondary for children who are active in multiple sports. Due to this reason roster sizes can be slightly larger than normal to ensure enough kids for each game. However, depending on registration numbers for each age group, tryouts may be conducted to create appropriate sized rosters for summer teams.
