Coach Frances

I played four years of college volleyball in Puerto Rico. While stationed in Germany I coached a women's Regional team for three years as well as played on the base's league. I helped with Division I High School team, running drills and configuring rotations. I was also an assistant coach for boys volleyball at Frankfurt International School. I am currently a certified referee under USAV rules and more recently I played in CHRVA regional women's league until a knee injury sidelined me. After surgery while rehabilitating I began coaching for GORC and Aviators. I feel very strongly that good competition leads to better competition.
