Lindsey Johnson is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She played D1 collegiate soccer for Santa Clara University where she captained her senior season under Jerry Smith. She went onto play professional soccer in the WPS for Sky Blue F.C in New Jersey. Once finished with her playing career, she moved back to Arizona to coach for Arizona Soccer Club.
