 T-Ball
Your child must be at least 5 years old as of September 1, 2019 to register.
Co-ed T-Ball is a great introduction to River Forest Youth Baseball and Softball.
Coaches focus on FUNdamentals of the game - teaching and improving throwing, catching, fielding and hitting.
Children learn to play the game in a fun and relaxed environment.
Teams play two (2) 3-inning games per week during the season, which ends in early June.
Batters will use a "T" to hit the ball.
A continuous batting order is used (all players bat each inning and get on base - there are no outs!).
Coaches are allowed in the field to help instruct. Fielding is taught and plays are practiced, but not enforced.
A team shirt, game equipment (except glove), and coaching instruction are included in registration fee.
