Overview:
The Montana Surf Fall 2021 Youth Academy Program is for anyone born in 2010,2011,2012,2014. This program continues to work on individual development while introducing team tactical concepts and focusing on player and personal developmental approach.
The Youth Academy program is designed to provide a high level of professional coaching in order to continue to take advantage of the Golden Age of Skill Development, and gradually increases competitiveness by introducing games against other clubs from nearby while still keeping it fun and minimizing costs. Players in the Montana Surf Youth Academy can expect to travel 5-7 out of the 12 weekends, and play nearby on the remaining weekends. We typically do not travel further than Helena, Billings, Great Falls, or Missoula for Saturday games during the season with tournaments being the exception.
Information on League Play and Tournaments:
2011-2010
The 2011 - 2010 age groups will participate in the MYSA (Montana Youth Soccer Associations) Fall League. Teams will be scheduled by the state to play other like teams within the State of Montana. The season will end on the middle of October, with training till the end of October.
2014-2012
The 2014, 2013, 2012 birth years will participate in friendlies throughout the season each weekend in September and October of 2021.The season.
Teams may choose to go to an additional tournament. Any registration cost, hotel cost, coaches cost, etc.. will be covered by the team and is not part of your registration fee.
Team managers will collect this additional fee to cover coaches travel, meals, hotels, etc. for these events.

Please note: Montana Surf club fee of $60.00 for the 2021/2022 must be paid before participating. This annual fee covers your players MYSA insurance and administrative costs for the club.

Surf Montana registration fee does not cover costs associated with optional tournaments that teams may choose to go to. Any fee associated with an optional tournament is an additional cost to the player.
Montana Surf does offer a 3-month payment plan prior to the season starting. The payment dates are below. Note a $10.00 fee is assessed if you choose to do the payment plan option.
First Payment is due at time of registration
Second payment is due 07/31/2021
Third payment is due 8/31/2021

Training:
Montana Surf weekly training is done at the Bozeman Sports Complex and Adam Bronken Complex three nights a week per team.
Training for Academy will start the week of August 24th, 2021.

Uniform: The Academy Uniform may be purchased at Play it Again Sports in Bozeman. Uniform need to be ordered by August 1st, 2021.
