The Annual Meeting and Election of the Little League Board members for the 10/1/2025-9/30/2026 LL Year will be held at the Windy Hill building on Tuesday, September 9th beginning at 7:30pm. All person(s) interested in nominating themselves or another individual for a Board position, have questions on whether you are a Regular Member with voting privileges, or any other questions should send an email to

received by August 19th to be included in the absentee ballot process.
