Coaches Name: Ben Eveler

Potomac Team: U-11 Girls Black

Email: [email protected].edu

About Ben Eveler: My youth soccer career started in York Pennsylvania where I was able to play for PA Classics Soccer Club and Red Lion Area High School. After playing four years of varsity soccer for Red Lion I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to continue my soccer career at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD where I would major in Exercise Science and Physical Education. At McDaniel I had a great opportunity to lead as a four-year starting center back and two-year captain of the team, which has helped me greatly in my current role as a Physical Education teacher and Girl’s soccer coach at the McLean School of Maryland. Before working at the McLean School of Maryland I worked for Carroll County Public Schools while also helping to be a volunteer assistant coach for the McDaniel College Men’s Soccer team and coach Steve Corrieri. In this role I helped in the recruiting process, training plans, and game day planning for the team. I currently hold my United States Soccer Federation “E” Coaching License and my National Soccer Coaches Association of America: Junior Level V Diploma. My goal as a coach is to develop each individual player to the best of their ability and to promote all of the great aspects of soccer so my players continue to play this wonderful game throughout their lifespan.
