Summer conditioning for female athletes attending North Harford High School for the 2024-2025 school year. The purpose of this program is to prepare athletes for their high school sports seasons. This will be non-sport specific. Training will focus on speed, agility, strength and overall conditioning. The program runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings, June 18 - July 25), from 8-9:30 am at North Harford High School.

This registration is for NHRC Hawks tackle football for children from the ages of 6-14 (8th Grade & Below).

Online registration opens at 5pm on 2/18/2024 and closes at midnight on 4/30/2024.

2024 NHRC Cheerleading CAMP

Come out and join us for our annual Summer Camp!

June 3-7th - Monday through Friday 5:30 pm - 7 pm

Get ready for the season or learn the sport of Cheerleading in a fun environment that will cover all of the aspects of cheer. We will learn sideline football cheers, motions, jumps, dance, stunting, tumbling and put on a show for family and friends at the end of the week!

North Harford Cheerleading

> Ages 4-15 (competition is 5 and up)

> Cheer practices 2-4 times a week from 6-8pm

> Practice starting the Monday before the first of August through the first Sunday in November

> Sideline cheer for NH Rec Football games

Compete against local rec areas for a minimum of two competitions in October and November. Practices range from 2-3 nights a week approx. 2 hours each at the High School. All range of experience accepted!
