April 24th Update:

Registration is still open and spots are still available.  As of this update:

Pinto (6.5 to 8 year olds) - 2 spots

Mustang (9 and 10 year olds) -1 spot and then waitlist

Bronco - (11 and 12 year olds) -Closed.   Waitlist has been turned off.

Pony - (13 and 14 year olds) -Waitlist

Fields are not open until April 15th... and that is weather dependent.    

Evaluations are slated for the afternoon of April 6th (from 1:30 to 5:00).   More info will be sent out about evaluations by April 2nd... along with a sign up genius for the player's specific timeslot.   It is typically a 45 to 60 minute commitment.   It is not a tryout, but an evaluation so the coaches can draft teams as evenly as possible.   Only Pinto, Mustang and Bronco go thru evals.   If your player cannot make it, that is OK.   More info to come after registration deadline.   The players of the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches do not attend evaluations.

March 30th - Registration Deadline (and Novi Spring Break ends)

March 31st - Easter Sunday

April 1st - NYBL's 100% Volunteer Board of Directors will meet to discuss # of teams based on registration #'s, evaluation timeslots, coaches, etc

April 2nd - An update will be sent to those who have registered.   Exact timing for evaluations will be on that update.




March 28th Update
A reminder that NYBL's Spring / Summer House registration is currently open (ages 6.5 thru 14).   Deadline for registration is March 30th.  On March 30th, the number of teams will be decided and divisions will only remain open if there is a spot available in that division.

Once March 30th has passed, the Board has a meeting targeted for Monday, April 1st (after Spring Break and Easter).    The number of teams will be decided and evaluations will be discussed and timeslots assigned.   Hence more information will be sent to those who have registered on April 2nd.
