Board of Directors Election

Timeline of Election Process:
✔️Now through Saturday, October 26, 2025 the Nominating Committee will be accepting nominations.
✔️Monday, October 27 through Saturday, November 1 the Nominating Committee will meet with candidates to detail position, responsibilities and expectations of the position.
✔️Tuesday, November 4 the Nominating Committee will notify the general membership of the eligible candidates and provide a copy of the ballot by posting to the 3B website (www.3bbaseball.org).
✔️Tuesday, November 4 through Saturday, November 15 public comments will be taken and should be directed to the Nominating Committee via email at [email protected] or by sending us a private message through Facebook.
✔️Monday, November 17 the 3B Board of Directors will hold their monthly meeting and during the meeting a secret-ballot election will be held where current Board Directors will vote their choice of candidate(s). The candidate receiving the majority of votes will be declared elected.
✔️By Friday, November 21 the official results will be posted on the 3B website (www.3bbaseball.org) and Facebook announcing the new 3B Baseball Board of Directors.

The table shows which positions are up for election and which are not. All of the positions in BOLD, ending in odd years, are up for elections. Applications for OPEN positions may be acceoted at any time. We encourage any person who is 18 years or older and interested in running for a position to reach out by sending an email to [email protected] or by sending us a private message through FaceBook.
