Register by January 31 and save$15 off the listed registrationfee.

To complete registration for the Spring season you MUST do the following:

1. PRE-REGISTERON-LINE USING www.eayso.org.  AYSORolling Meadows Region number is 244.BE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR E-SIGNATURE.

2.PRINTOUT YOUR REGISTRATION FORM AND BRING YOUR PAYMENT TO ONE OF OUR THREE LIVEREGISTRATION DATES.

We will have three liveregistration events on Saturdays January 7, 14, & 21 from 9:30am – 12:30pmat the Rolling Meadows Community Center, 3705 Pheasant Dr., Rolling Meadows, IL,60008.

Season Runs April 15 thru June 10

FEES:

Pre-K & Kindergarten:

$65 if your child played in the Fall 2016 session.

$82 if your child did not play in the Fall 2016 session.

1^st Grade Thru 8^thGrade:

$80 if your child played in the Fall 2016 session.

$97 if your child did not play in the Fall 2016 session.

High School Boys:

$95.  (High School Girls play in the fall, boys playin the spring.)

Non-Rolling Meadows Residents:

Add $8 non-resident RM Park District Fee.

REGISTER BY JANUARY 31 ANDSAVE $15 OFF THE LISTED REGISTRATION FEE.

Fees can be paid via Cash, Check, or Credit Card (c/c feeof $2.75)

If you are unable to attend any of our Live Registration Events,you can instead drop of your printed pre-registration form and payment at theRolling Meadows Park District registration desk during normal Park Districtbusiness hours.  NOTE: Fees dropped off at thePark District can only be paid via Cash or Check.  ThePark District cannot accept Credit Card payments on behalf of Rolling MeadowsAYSO.

AYSO Rolling Meadows is an entirely VOLUNTEER run organization.  Yourparticipation is needed.

We are always in need of Coaches, Referees, Board Members(once a month board meetings), Registration Day Workers (including the upcomingregistration dates), and Field & Equipment Workers (help to stripe thefields and maintain or equipment shed.)
