2nd GRADE COACHING CLINIC:  COACHING THE U-8 PLAYER

The 2nd Grade Coaching Clinic is mandatory for all MSI 2nd grade coaches and open to all MSI coaches. 

This session will cover the basic principles of coaching U-8 (2nd grade) players including a review of the structure of MSI 2nd grade soccer, practice organization, attention-getting techniques, and the basic principles of small sided soccer. It will also include loads of small sided practice games that will make your players excited to come to every practice. There is no fee or registration required to attend the clinic. Coaches should bring a pen and paper and come prepared to participate.  Please wear appropriate soccer attire including sneakers, as participation is encouraged but not required.
