2020 Recreation Season is Cancelled
It is with a heavy heart the the MRPGS Board has decided to cancel the 2020 Recreation Softball season. Due to school closings and park closings, it would be near impossible to have a season this year even if the restrictions are lifted by mid May.
MRPGS will refund everyone their registration and volunteer fees. If you paid by check, you will receive a check. If you paid by credit card, you will be issued a refund to the card you registered with. The payments will be processed by this weekend.
If for some reason we are able to play for a limited time, MRPGS will provide the girls T-Shirts for free.
We may look to provide some clinics for the girls once the fields are released and we are given the green light by all involved. For those concerned about safety issues, we understand if you do not feel comfortable having your daughter surrounded by others this soon.
For the girls continuing to high school, we plan on still having a rose ceremony for them in June sometime.
We would like to thank all the parents for their timely patience during this. Please stay safe.
