Fee Schedule

The initial registration fee is due at registration. All other fees are due on the first day of each month, beginning Aug 1. Any player who's fees are overdue by two weeks will have their player card pulled, meaning they cannot participate in any games or practices.

* A $25 family discount will be applied for each additional child in the club.

Scholarship Request

The registration fee and annual dues generally cover training (largest expense), a league, one away tournament, and our home Destin Soccer Rodeo tournament for the Fall, and two away tournaments and our home Emerald Coast Cup tournament in the Spring. Dues also cover expenses such as a coach pay, coach travel and per diem for the budgeted schedule. Additional fees are required if a team decides to play in events beyond the scope of their budget (i.e. over and above league play, one away tournament, one home tournament). Teams can decide to conduct fundraising (with board approval) or collect additional fees to cover these expenses. The required uniform is a separate expense.

NOTE: Fees are based on the team that the player is assigned to and not based on actual age.

Blue Sombrero Notes

When registering online, Blue Sombrero will show the TOTAL fees for the year (Registration plus Dues). This price assumes yearly fees are paid in full at registration. The only payment required at registration is the one time registration fee of $150.
If paying by credit card via Blue Sombrero, there is an additional 2.8-3.4% charge to cover the credit card fees. Our club does not receive that money so it is not eligible for refund.

Attention Members

Board members, Team Managers, and Team Coaches can not accept dues payments on the field due to the risk of lost payments. The address for payment is:

All checks should be mailed in time to receive payment by due date. When paying by check, please add the name of your child and their age group in the memo section of your check. i.e. John Doe 15U Boys.
