We are looking forward to another busy weekend of soccer, with beautiful summer-like weather! A couple important announcements for tomorrow:

 

1) Tomorrow morning Euclid High School is hosting the Panther Prowl 5k run. The course will bring runners right along Milton Road and Babbitt Road past our fields between 9:30 and 10:00. I have been assured that the roads and driveway will remain open, but please use caution and plan some extra time in arriving and departing the Babbitt Road fields.

 

2) This Saturday, September 23, between 9:00 and 12:00, at the Babbitt Road Fields, the Euclid-area Knights of Columbus are sponsoring a penalty kick competition for players between the ages of 9 and 12.  Each contestant will take 15 penalty kicks from a distance of 12 yards and scoring will be based on the area of the scoring zones through which the ball passes (5 points for the center; 10 for the lower corners; 20 for the upper corners).  No registration is necessary and contestants will receive a snack and certificate.
