U6 - U19 - Recreational

We have designed the Under-6 (U-6) and Under-8 (U-8) recreational soccer program to be fun, exciting and developmentally appropriate per U.S. Youth Soccer recommendations.

Players meet for one practice and one game every week during the season. Every Monday all players are provided thirty minutes of group skills practice called FUNdamentals. The FUNdamentals session is immediately followed by thirty minutes of team practice with the player’s team and volunteer coach.

As part of our recreational program, we offer a U8 developmental program in the spring that gives players an early introduction into more intensive developmental training while maintaining a fun, exciting and positive atmosphere! We utilize a 4v4 based approach, developed by Manchester United specifically for players in this age group. This program is led by a USSF Professionally Licensed trainer and will meet Monday and Friday nights 5:30 - 6:30 pm. The players participate in a modified match format every Friday.

For more information on modified match format, visit the Manchester United Pilot Program.

The FUNdamentals session is led by club Technical Director Ryan Weldon. His staff is comprised of professional coaches, former collegiate players and volunteer high school soccer players. Each session features a topic that is echoed by the volunteer team coach during the team session.Every Friday at 5:30 pm U6 and U8 players participate in a game at the Algonquin Soccer Complex in Indian Harbour Beach. The U-6 games are approximately forty minutes, while the U-8 games are are about sixty minutes. The games are refereed by older competitive soccer players from within the club.

U10 - U19

Our U10 to U19 teams participate in the BYSL Soccer League. Most games are held on Saturdays with a few occasional Sunday afternoon games. Every Monday evening, all players are provided thirty minutes of group skills practice called FUNdamentals. This session is immediately followed by thirty minutes of team practice with the player's team and volunteer coach. The FUNdamentals session is led by the club Technical Director Ryan Weldon and his team.
