Attention ALL Volunteers:

ALL volunteer coaches (Head Coaches, Assistants, etc..) must have completed their Act 34 and Act 151 clearances as well as a signed affidavit if you have lived in PA for the past 10 yrs. If you lived outside the Commonwealth of PA in the last 10 yrs. you will need FBI fingerprint clearance also.

All volunteers must complete the required forms and return them to the Little Lopes before participating in any team activities. All clearances will be kept on file by the Little Lopes, and are good for 3 years.
