       South Slammers FC Club announces a major expansion in Ladera Ranch, CA

Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. (Aug 08, 2018) – South Slammers FC, who are affiliated with Slammers FC, the premier Southern
California youth soccer club based in Newport Beach, CA with 3 World Champions, 14 National Champions and 20 National
Finalists are excited to announce it has expanded its organization into the Ladera Ranch, California area via the integration of the
club was formerly known as Ladera Ranch Surf. South Slammers FC has been in operation since January of 2014 and is a strategic
member of the Slammers FC soccer family. The expanded club will consist of 36 teams and will be primarily based in
South Orange County Geographies.


With the expansion of South Slammers FC, Slammers FC and its affiliates will now have over 250 club soccer teams and a
substantial recreational soccer program throughout Southern California. South Slammers FC will continue to offer additional
competitive soccer development teams covering the South Orange County, CA communities of Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, El
Toro, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Trabuco Canyon, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Rancho
Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, and San Clemente with teams for boys and girls age 7-17.

South Slammers FC, in combination with the former Ladera Ranch Surf will continue to provide outstanding coaches,
established fields, an experienced Board of Directors, strong financial footing, and the technical direction of Executive Director
George Larsen. In addition to George and his very successful coaching experience, South Slammers FC is pleased to have a
strong experienced team to lead the club as it continues its rapid growth in South Orange County. The club’s talented staff
includes Cory Dilbeck serving as the overall Director of Coaching, Josh Cummins serving as Director of Olders, Keith Townson
serving as Director of Marketing and Ladera Ranch Operations, Dairen Shelton serving as Director of Youth, Justin Boatman as
Director of Youth, Devon Larsen as Club Operations Manager and Registrar, Mandi Moran serving as Ladera Ranch Operations
Manager and Norma Gluchowski as Overall Club Administrator. The leadership team of South Slammers FC have extensive
coaching careers in Orange County with demonstrated success at national, club, and high school levels. The expanded club will
continue to be supported and governed by its experienced board of nationally recognized and local Orange County business
leaders. Greg Gluchowski will continue service as Club President and Chairman of the Board and Andy Firoved, Brad Wilson,
and Chris Hill will continue to serve as Board Directors.

Walid Khoury, Director of Coaching for Slammers FC, is excited about what this expansion means for South Slammers FC and for
the future of competitive youth soccer in South Orange County, “This expansion is extremely exciting and will allow both
Slammers FC and South Slammers FC to expand our offering of competitive programs focused on the development of players in
all age groups and at all competitive skill levels."

The expansion of the club into the Ladera Ranch area and the inclusion of the quality leadership and program that was
developed by the former Ladera Ranch Surf leadership team will provide South Slammers FC the opportunity to further achieve
it's purpose of being “Good Stewards of Great Athletes”.
