The Melrose Recreation Department is very proud of our Scholarship Fund Program.  This program allows Melrose kids, who cannot afford programs, to participate for free. Our goal has always been to never turn a child away due to economic hardship. Over the past few years our need for program scholarships has grown tremendously with 100+ scholarships given out annually.
