Haiti Global Youth Partnership, Inc.

During the months of July, August and September HGYP, Inc. organized summer activities and a soccer tournament. Our team in L’Asile, Haiti took charge of the day to day activities, utilizing the donations that we were able to send to Haiti from our sports and school supplies drive in May. 15 schools participated in our programs, and our activities were also open to children not currently enrolled in school. Our objective was to create an inclusive environment to all youth in the community.

The Melrose Recreation Department has worked for many years in collaboration with HGYP, Inc. We are happy to announce with our communities generous donations we have given many children and young adults the ability to participate in sports activities.
