This is a very important email regarding hotels and therefore we ask that you take the time to read this thoroughly.  Do not delay and get your hotel booked asap.

Please understand that our expectation is that you will stay at the hotels we have set up.  Our rates our negotiated based on the number of rooms we expect to be reserved.  In addition it truly allows for more team bonding. 

All hotels must be booked through Blue Sombrero.  We set up an installment plan to try to spread out the hotel payments.  You need to should log into Blue Sombrero (sports.bluesombrero.com/crossfire), then look under your son's name for "available programs."  This is where you will see a program called “Asheville Hotels".  (FYI - Blue Sombrero works by linking programs to participants...)  We will be paying the hotel in a lump sum and handling the rooming list.   You will be responsible for any incidentals at the hotels.

1) Doubletree by Hilton:  115 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803

     2 Double Beds: $385 total for 2 nights including taxes/fees

2) Hampton Inn & Suites:  117 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803

    2 Queen Beds: $410 total for 2 nights including taxes/fees
   
3)  Baymont by Wyndham:  204 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803

    2 Queen Beds: $320 total for 2 nights including taxes/fee
