About Our Club

Mission

Our goal is to improve the individual and team basketball skills of every Tri-City Nets player by developing the fundamentals of basketball at a high level. To raise our girl’s level of play by increasing the speed, discipline and precision of their game. To develop a nurturing and supportive environment for our players while promoting physical activity with our youth.

History

Established in 1995 as a club, providing an opportunity for girls to grow and enjoy the game they love. We are members of the Michigan Girls AAU Association. The AAU (Amateur Athletic Association) is a national organization established in 1888. It is the largest non-profit organization in the United States, dedicated solely to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs. AAU hosts tournaments for its members at the regional, state and national level.
