Futsal Factory 03 are Midwest Regional Futsal Champions!

This weekend the Futsal Factory 03's decided to take on the Midwest Regional Futsal Championship tournament in St. Louis. Due to the impending ice storm the kids hit the road to ensure their arrival. Last year the team played under the Pure FC banner and came up short in the semi-finals to Addison United, the eventual National Champion! The boys asked to try it again this year so we did, anticipating a much needed rematch with AUSC!

After going undefeated in pool play, the stage was set. The team powered through an intense semi-final battle to set up the much awaited rematch with Addison United who had to win in PK's to advance to the finals. The game went as planned as the Futsal Factory team never trailed and kept AUSC under pressure. As time expired Futsal Factory took the 7-5 result and won the Championship over the defending National Champions.

The team will now travel to Kansas City to compete in the National Championships where we look for them to represent the Louisville area with style!
