WASHINGTON – DC Stoddert Soccer will be holding a Scrimmage Fest for various age groups this Sunday, August 18th at the NEW RFK FIELD COMPLEX! The day will consist of fun games, round-robin small sided play, snacks and drinks as we prepare for the upcoming Fall Season. Join our professional staff for a great day seeing DC’s newest field complex.
The entire event will be held on Field 3 at RFK.
Grades 1-3 from 9 - 10:15 a.m.
Grades 4-7 from 10:30 - 11:45 a.m.
About the RFK Field Complex: The Fields at RFK Campus is a multi-purpose sports complex about two miles due east of the US Capitol Building, near the west bank of the Anacostia River. The Fields, completed in 2019 and operated daily by Capitol Riverside Youth Sports Park (CRYSP), is equipped with:
- Three multi-purpose turf fields to accommodate kickball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball and more
- A celebration pavilion and plaza
- Restroom facilities
- Playground and picnic area
- Green space, landscaping and bioretention
- Walking/biking paths and improved river access
- Dedicated parking
