Elite Soccer League is looking for coaches who have a passion for the game of soccer and who want to take their coaching skills to the next level.

For the fall season, coaches we help coaches obtain a "YM" or an "E" coaching license from CalSouth (national youth state association of the United States Soccer Federation).

In addition, coaches have access to the ESL Director of Coaching for coach and player training throughout the season.

Coaches are allowed to form their own teams by picking players who are the proper age. Elite Soccer League then fills any holes with local players who have signed up to play online.
