Harrison SC COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Harrison SC COVID-19 Safety Protocols for all coaches, parents, players and spectators.

  • Everyone must complete the Harrison SC Health Screening Questionnaire (found below and on our website) If you or your child answered yes to any of the questions you must stay home.
  • Everyone on site must bring their own face coverings and hand sanitizer
  • Everyone must wear face coverings when travelling to and from the parking lot and while moving about the complex.
  • There will be no team benches provided and teams should not bring their own bench. (as players must remain 6ft apart)
  • Harrison SC strongly recommends all parents and spectators wear face coverings and remain socially distanced at all times. A face mask is required when moving around the complex and when you cannot remain distanced from other spectators
  • Coaches are required to wear face coverings and maintain social distance at all times, especially when addressing teams during water breaks; at half time; between games, and at all times when off the field of play.
  • Players should maintain social distancing when on the sidelines. If the players can’t socially distance on the sidelines, they must wear face coverings and only remove face coverings when entering the game.
  • Do not share water bottles, drinks or any personal items.
  • No Hand contact of any kind, i.e. handshakes, ‘high fives,’ etc.
  • No Spitting will be allowed on the field, sidelines, or anywhere within the complex
  • Spectators will be located on the same side of the field as the team they support to reduce interaction between competing teams and their supporters
  • All spectators should maintain "social distancing" (i.e. do not congregate in groups (Families Only) on the sidelines and must maintain a minimum of 6ft apart from each other
  • Please try and limit the number of spectators if possible.
  • If visiting the concession stand, maintain social distance while in line, and wear a face covering in line and to and from the field.

Final Reminders: Everyone at William Wilt Soccer Complex is required to social distance at all times whenever possible, and to wear a face covering upon arrival when traveling from their vehicle to the fields; upon departure when traveling from the fields to their vehicle; when moving around the facility between fields and through communal areas such as bathrooms, concession stand, and when not properly social distancing from anyone other than immediate family members from their household.

                        

 

                        Harrison Soccer Club Screening Health Questionnaire

 To keep you and all of our players, participants, coaches and their families safe, we are following the guidelines and recommendations of the New Jersey Department of Health and requiring that every participant be assessed for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors each day before engaging in any youth soccer-related activity (practices, competitions, events and/or before entering into any facilities, etc.).

The below questionnaire must be completed for each player for each youth soccer activity on the day of the subject activity before the player will be permitted to engage in the subject activity.

 

1. Did you take your temperature today and was your temperature above 100.4F? (Yes/No)

 2. Have you had COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or have you been tested for it within the last 14 days? (Yes/No)

3. Have you had any signs or symptoms of a fever in the past 24 hours such as chills, sweats, felt "feverish," or had a temperature that is elevated for you or 100.4F or greater? (Yes/No)

 4. Do you have any of the following symptoms? (Yes/No)

• Fever or chills • Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • Fatigue • Atypical muscle pain or body aches • Headache • New loss of taste or smell • Sore Throat • Congestion or runny nose • Nausea or vomiting • Diarrhea

5. Have you traveled internationally or outside of the State of New Jersey in the last 14 days to a state that is on the travel advisory list found here? (Yes/No)

 6. Within the last 14 days, have you been exposed to, or come into contact with, anyone you know: (a) who has COVID-19, (b) who is/was being tested for COVID-19, (c) who had symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or (d) who was exposed to someone with COVID19? (Yes/No)

 

If you answered yes to any of the above questions your child will need to stay home.

Note, regardless of how you answer the questions provided in this survey, if you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or feel you may be developing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, you cannot attend or participate in any youth soccer activities and should contact a local healthcare professional.
