Ajax Clubwide Operating Model

Ajax FC has grown from 3 team to 17 in just the span of 3 years! This is a testament to the enthusiasm of our famalies in town to bring club soccer to life here in Midland Park. For any organization to thrive we must set forth an operating model and create a level of consistency throughout or club. From now on Ajax club soccer will adopt the attached player, parent agreement across all levels of play. We feel that this operating model will help establish operating expectations and provide guidelines for all teams to succeed in future seasons. All our teams are a partnership between players, parents and coaches. Thank you for making Ajax club soccer what it is today!
