Volunteer Forms
(for Managers, Coaches, Team Parents, etc. - - anyone who might be working with the kids on the team)
To volunteer for a position with Elsinore Valley Baseball, you must first be a registered user of this website. If you are registering your child, you can simply check the volunteer box as part of that registration process and it will take you to the volunteer form. If you are a parent registering your own account separately from the parent who registered the child, follow the instructions below.
To create an
account with this website simply click the "
Register" link at the top-right corner of this page.
Once you are logged in just go to the "My Account" page and click on the "Volunteer" tab.
Next, click the "Add/Remove Volunteer Roles" link.
Then click "View More Volunteer Positions"
Check box for "EVB Spring (or Fall)"
Select the division you want to volunteer for, then "Next"
Complete the volunteer form and make sure to hit the "submit" button at the bottom and make sure you get a message stating that your application was successfully transmitted. If you didn't get to the "Success" page then scroll up to see if you left out required information.
