Caitlin Mize

2030 Lady Volcanoes | Head Coach

Mize was a 3-year varsity starter and 3-time conference and regional champion at Crystal Lake South High School (Illinois). During her high school career she was a team captain and awarded all-regional player. Her team still holds the school record for most wins.

Mize went on to play collegiate basketball at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There she was a 3-year starter, helping her team win 4 conference championships, which advanced them to 4 NAIA National Tournaments. Her team made it to the National Tournament Elite 8 for the first time in school history, and they were awarded the All-time Win Record in school history that same year. Mize received awards for Most Improved Player, Honorary MVP, Champion of Character Award at the NAIA National Tournament, and was an All-Conference Academic Athlete.

Mize has worked for the West Bearden Basketball League since 2014, was a founding coach for the TN Volcanoes AAU program back in 2016 and Lady Volcanoes AAU program in 2019. This will be her fourth year as head coach for the 2030 Lady Volcanoes.
