Mt.Pleasant Youth Soccer Association (MPYSA) North Carolina is a recreational coed youth soccer league for ages 4-15 but it doesn’t end there, we encourage our youth to continue to play in high school and if possible college. We also encourage them to stay involved with soccer by allowing them to become coaches for the younger kids as well as referring games for which they get paid.

We have both a spring and fall league in which we compete against other organizations within Cabarrus County. The Spring Season goes from March to June and our Fall Season runs from late August – mid November. Spring registration starts in January and ends in March; Fall registration starts in June and ends the beginning of August. Please sign up as early as possible to prevent unnecessary delays. We need volunteers to help! Coaches please.

All recreational games are played on Saturdays starting after 9 am. Locations of games are based upon age groups with instructional division. The players will not only be playing at Mt. Pleasant Middle School but against additional county organizations which include Odell (Cox Mill field), Concord (Frank Liske Park), Harrisburg (Harrisburg Park), and Bethel (Bethel Elementary School). Games schedules are generated by the county and are uploaded to our website as soon as we obtain them.

We also have an Academy program called MOUNT PLEASANT ACADEMY OF SOCCER (MPAS). The Academy is going to become a certified "club" in November 2017. This league is currently in progress and is for the players that want a greater challenge than what the recreational program offers. This league plays all year round and we play indoor and outdoor.
