Our Sign Up & Row Group Erg Sessions provide a total body workout that meets you wherever you, whatever your current fitness level, and will take you as far as you choose to go on the ROWed to Fitness! Rowingtargets your heart, lungs. The rowing stroke engages every major muscle group and is 70% legs and glutes, 20% core and 10% arms.

In order to challenge your body and keep the sessions exciting, each Sign Up & Row Group Erg Session workout is different.  The goal of some sessions is slow and steady state rowing, while other times it is high intensity interval training and still others will blend elements of both.  One erg session may be completed entirely on the erg, while another will have you moving on and off the machines and mix it up with weights, straps and calisthenics. 


At the conclusion of every erg session your workout is uploaded to the Concept2 online logbook which allows you to track your progress in each class and over time
