          All players must be in the lineup and get 6 outs in the field

          Lead offs and pick offs are allowed

10U -  Pitchers get 2 innings per game

           No dropped 3rd

           All players must be in the lineup and get 6 outs in the field

           No lead offs allowed

           The catcher is encouraged to throw the ball if the base runner steals.  The runner only gets the base that they are going to on a throw from the catcher.  All other overthrows the base runner can get what they can get.

Remember that this is an instructional league.  Scores are not reported.  This is just to give the kids more opportrunity to play and there shouldn't be any problems.  It is suppose to be very relaxed and fun so please, keep it that way.  Hope everyone enjoys this little season.  Rain outs are not expected to be made up.  Any rescheduling should be done amongst the coaches.
