If you are wondering why your child was placed in a particular age division please follow this link and read the reasons why. US Soccer has changed how we organize divisions. It is now based on birth year and not the child’s age as of July 31st (school year).
If you are wondering why we use an Academy program for the younger ages please follow the link and read about how this format leads to greater skill development and is fun at the same time.

This program is once a week and focuses on gross motor skills and is an introduction to the basic skills used in soccer.

2012 (U6) Academy

We have volunteer coaches follow a predetermined and developmentally appropriate curriculum. They will have one 45 minute practice and one game day per week. You will always be on the same team with the same coach for your practice but the team your child plays on for a game will change from week to week. This allows flexibility to challenge each player appropriately leading to faster development.
