RYSA's Travel program gives kids the chance to expand their soccer experience from recreational in-house play to competitive NH Soccer League participation. RYSA Travel teams play in the Northern New England Soccer League (NNESL) with other teams in Seacoast NH.
The Spring Season runs from mid-April through early June. Practices may begin indoors in mid-March before transitioning outdoors in April as weather allows.
The Fall Season runs from Labor Day through Veteran’s Day. Practices begin mid-August (time and date of practices will be determined by your coach).
Our travel teams practice two evenings a week around 5:30-7 or 6-7:30. Games are either Saturday or Sunday, with the rare weekend having a game on both days. Half of the games are held at Roger Allen, while half are "away," typically within an hour's drive.
Most of our coaches are licensed by US Soccer at the appropriate level for the team's competitive level. We offer training for coaches new and experienced who are interested in improving their knowledge and want to give back to the community.
Teams are set by birth year and ranges from U9 (2015-2016) through U16 (2008). Based on participation and availability of coaches, age groups may be combined.
