2017 FALL Schedule

Please keep in mind these dates are tentative; they may change due to registration numbers, weather cancellations and scheduling conflicts with other leagues.

7/31-8/5 Team Draft (if necessary)

8/5- Coaches meeting (if necessary)

8/14- Practice starts

9/5- Games begin

10/20- End of season

Age Division

Age division is determined by the players age as of January 1, 2018

 

  • U8: Coach Pitch – Maximum number of players per team: 12; 4 coaches.
  • U10 – Maximum number of players per team: 12; 3 coaches.
  • U12 – Maximum number of players per team: 12; 3 coaches.

 


$70 Registration fee 
covers uniforms (hat and shirt), umpires, game balls, and field maintenance.

Coaches will be provided practice balls and catchers equipment.


Players will need to provide bat, glove, helmet with face shield, pants and cleats.

League information

Archer Lodge will participate in the East Wake Youth Softball League.
  • Teams in the league include Wendell Parks and Rec, Knightdale Parks and Rec, Zebulon Parks and Rec, Rolesville Park and Rec, Louisburg Parks and Rec, and Nash County Parks and Rec
  • NC High School Athletic Association and Tar Heel League Inc. rules will govern except for rules covered in the local league rules.
  • Game days and times TBD based upon registration numbers and field availability – teams will play at other facilities in the area in addition to Archer Lodge. 
  • There will be a draft to attempt to balance the teams if there is more than 1 team in a division. If a player is unable to attend the draft, they will still be placed on a team.
