Please complete this online form to be considered for the 2021 season. ONLINE COACHING FORM

All coaches who are selected to coach for the 2021 season will be responsible for the following.

1. Complete and pass a Background Check (paid for by Junior Eagles), prior to the 1st day of practice.
2. Complete the Online CDC Concussion Training(Free) prior to the 1st day of practice.
3. Complete the Mandatory USA Football training(paid by Junior Eagles), prior to the 1st day of practice.
4. Abide by all rules set forth by the Omaha Junior Eagles and the Metro Youth Football League (MYFL).
5. Attend any Omaha Junior Eagles and/or MYFL Football League mandatory coaches meetings.
6. Be prepared for practice and games.
7. Have fun!
