A program for 16 - 19 year old players. The American Legion State Committee has established geographical boundaries that limit a person's participation in an organization based on their home address. Nor-Gwyn's territory includes Upper Gwynedd Township, North Wales Borough and a part of Montgomery Township.  Eligible players for this team are picked during a series of try-outs in early April.  Virtually all the members of this team play high school Varsity or JV baseball.  The regular season starts around Memorial Day and goes to the end of August for those teams involved in the National American Legion World Series Tournament.  Most games are played within Montgomery, Bucks and Lehigh Counties.  Post season tournament play expands beyond this area.  Competition at this level is very high, and requires a full commitment on the part of all players.  Many of today's college players have passed through American Legion Baseball.

If you live outside of the above territories, you may play in our programs, However YOU must obtain release waiver from your local American Legion organization. This process must be initiated and completed by the player and his family. Nor-Gwyn cannot complete it for you.
