The best way to show team spirit on picture day is Arrive Early for your photo time!  

Team Parents and Parents

It is very important to be on time to avoid dragging everyone behind. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your assigned photo time to check in and make sure the kids are ready.  If you show up at the exact time your photo is scheduled you are late.

If your team is late, you will lose your time slot.  Do NOT be late for your photo time.  You MUST have your photo order form filled out before you get there.  If you have a question about your order form, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time.  Extra order envelopes/price lists will be at the check in table.  Price lists are on the order forms.  Your coach has your picture order forms/envelopes.  If you do NOT have your order form, please contact your coach ONLY ASAP.  Payment can be made via Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card (Note:  Credit Cards can only be processed on site at the field the day of photo shoot ONLY).  Photographer accepts:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Credit Card payments will  need to be made at the picture check in table.  All other payments go inside the order envelope.

Parents we MUST emphasize how important it is that you have your order forms filled out before you arrive for pictures with payment inside.  Your child will need to have it with them at the time of pictures.   Having your order envelopes ready will save us time but if anyone forgets their envelope, there will be more available at the site.  You must allow yourself 30 minutes additional time if you forgot your order envelope and have to fill out your envelopes on site.  If you make your team late for their time slot, they will have to reschedule.  Show team spirit and don't be late.

Coaches

Please make sure your parents have their envelopes filled out and payment enclosed.  Coaches fill out your own envelopes before Saturday.  You will need to fill out envelope for your individual and team pictures.  Please gather your team 15-20 minutes prior to your photo time and have them near the check in table and ready to go.  There are envelopes available at the Coach's storage unit in Naranja Park if you still need some (Only coaches can pick these up).  Having your order envelopes ready will save us time but if anyone forgets their envelope, there will be more available at the site.  You must allow yourself 30 minutes additional time if you forgot your order envelope and have to fill out your envelopes on site.
