IMPORTANT DATES***:

 

  • July 8th - August 6th – REGULAR ONLINE REGISTRATION

  • August 19th – Tryouts and Draft Skills Evaluation Day w/ Crusher Coaches at DBAT Denton.

    • PLAYERS:  If you are on a protected Coach's list then you do not need to participate in the draft.  Also, if you are not on a protected list you will need to tryout, failure to show will result in being assigned a team.
    • COACHES:  If you have a full protected roster you still need to come to the Woods Bldg during your age division's time to select gear, choose practice time(s) and present sponsorship checks.
  • August 20th - Players teams will be posted online  

  • August 21st – First Day of Practices (Check with your Coach for team info).   Field Map of CORRECT Practice Locations

     

  • September 7th - Uniforms Ready for Pickup 

     

  •  September 9th - First Day of Games

  • September 22nd & September 23rd - Picture Day

Here are some helpful tips for registering your child with CAB.

Log into this website by clicking on Register at the top right. Create an account.

Once you have signed in, you will be able to add participants and register for the season. The registration process will only show which division(s) your child is eligible for based on their birth date.

AGE CHART- FALL 2017 & SPRING 2018

CAB recreational baseball age divisions are based on USSSA age guidelines. A player's age as of April 30, 2018, is the age division that a player is eligible to play in for both the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018.

For those age divisions that do not have enough participants to maintain "age pure" league play, that age division could be combined with another age division, such as 13U/14U. Players in any age division are eligible to register for an older age division, one year older. If a player wants to play in an age division two years older, their parents must submit a completed Play-Up Request Form. 

In the Fall seasons, it is common to combine 5&6U, 7&8U, 9&10U, 11&12U, 13&14U and 15-18U. In the Spring seasons, it is common to combine 9&10U, 11&12U, 13&14U and 15-18U. 

Players are NOT allowed to play in a younger age division, unless the player has a documented physical or mental disability. Parents of players needing to play in a younger age division will be required to complete an Age Waiver Request form.

Make sure you upload your child’s birth certificates. If you do not have an electronic copy when you register, that is fine. You can upload birth certificates later, but they must be in the system by the first game or no jersey will be given out.

Practices will commence in August.

If you wish to pay by check, complete the on-line registration up to the point of paying. Mail a check to:

Once your check is received, you will receive an email showing your registration is complete.

Any checks made payable to CAB which are returned will be subject to a $50 returned check fee. 

REFUND POLICY:
If a player drops -
100% refund - Before the end of registration
75% refund - After the draft/before teams are formed
50% refund - After teams have been formed
0% refund- After uniforms have been ordered
