League Refund Policy
Once a player has registered, $25 is completely non-refundable. All requests must be submitted prior to the registration deadline (Feb 1st for spring and July 1st for fall leagues).  No refunds will be granted after the registration deadline.

Program Refund Policy
If a player cancels before the program registration closes, all but $25 is refunded.  No refunds will be granted after registration closes (deadline).  By requesting a refund, you are also asking that your child not be placed on a team.   There will be no team uniforms provided for children who are not on teams.  There are no refunds in lieu of uniforms, as the only refunds are described in the schedule above. Exceptions:

• If we, the Canton Soccer Club, are unable to place a player on a team at the appropriate age level, 100% is refunded.  Appropriate age level is as defined by the MSYSA Age Group Eligibility Chart.

• If a player has a season precluding injury pre-season, all but $25 is refunded.

• Players whose families are relocating out of Canton are subject to these policies as well.

We, the Canton Soccer Club, do not give refunds for weather conditions that shorten the amount of practices/games.  In addition, we do not give refunds or change team assignments due to personal conflicts with the game and practice schedule.  We can not predetermine practice days as we do not know how many teams, who the coaches will be or what field availability will be until registration is closed and we start the seeding process.
