We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Dean Harding, our newly appointed Director of Coaching. 

With a career dedicated to elevating player development, coach development and holding crucial relationships with US Soccer, IL Youth Soccer as well as current National playing platforms, Girls Academy, ODP and USYS E64 League, Deanbrings unparalleled passion and expertise to our already very experienced staff. 

Dean joins us after stepping away from his previous role as GA Director at Galaxy SC. “We are thrilled to bring Dean on board!  It was a thoughtful process to persuade one of the top GA Directors in the country to join TC, but Dean fully supports and believes in Team Chicago’s vision of wanting to develop our own players from early development years through college. This shared vision with the current directors was a deciding factor for him knowing that TC is not only a great fit but also somewhere where he can have a significant impact” said Tom Nevill (Co-Executive Director - TC).

“After years of working at EPL Academy - Arsenal FC in England and a commitment to prioritizing players above all else, choosing Team Chicago as my new home was a decision rooted in our shared vision for player-centric excellence. Myself and the other directors are also aware of the impact Team Chicago can have on the soccer landscape as we are poised to revolutionize soccer in our community. My decision was also driven by a desire to make a genuine difference. I see Team Chicago as the perfect platform to enact meaningful change. Together with our dedicated coaches and staff, we pride ourselves on building a club where players come first, where development is paramount, and where success is measured not just by wins, but by the growth and fulfillment of every TC player”.  Dean Harding.
