Why Perrysburg Amateur Baseball & Softball Commission (PABSC)?
PABSC is non-profit. All board members and coaches are volunteers. Concession staff, grounds crew and umpires are paid staff.
All adults that come in to contact with children must pass a background check.
Coaches must take concussion and cardiac arrest training.
The organization is community based. Every child in the league is a resident of Perrysburg or Perrysburg school district.
