Monte Cassino School, a K-8 independent school since 1926, is delighted to offer Camp Monte to the greater Tulsa community! Our program offers children ages preK-grade 8 a balanced variety of educational, recreational and social activities, providing them with an enriching and memorable experience. Thanks to my team of dedicated, highly experienced counselors and instructors, there is an unmistakable strong sense of community here at Camp Monte. No matter how your child chooses to participate in our program, it is our priority that they feel nurtured, engaged and safe.
Camp Monte offers flexible enrollment options to meet your family’s needs. Camp offers half-day, full-day, weekly and extended care enrollment options. Enrichment Classes feature courses where students can spend weeks strengthening academic skills, exploring a topic or activity they are passionate about, or just trying something new!

CAMP MONTE Dates & Times
CAMP MONTE offerings take place during the week of June 4-8,June 11-15, June 18-22, and July 30-August 3.
Each week, camps are available during a morning session from 9:00 am- noon and during an afternoon session from 12:30 -3:30 p.m. Supervised Lunch and Extended Care are also available for an additional fee.
Tuition/Fees
Each camp is 3 hours and costs $160.00 each. Camps will not be prorated by day.
Tuition and fees are non-refundable, unless a class is canceled for insufficient enrollment.
If that occurs, the student may either select another camp or the tuition will be refunded.
Payment in full is due at the time of on-line enrollment and subject to a late enrollment fee starting June 5.
For children enjoying both morning and afternoon sessions, a supervised lunch time is offered for $10.00/week per camper.
Aftercare is 3:30-5:30 and costs $100/week.
How to Enroll
Camp sizes are limited and fill quickly. Create a profile for your camper to view the offerings designed for specific age groups.
Complete the registration and emergency authorization form for each student enrolling.
Please make sure that you enroll your camper into camps that meet the age parameters listed in the description.

From performing to conducting eye-opening science experiments, summer camp activities at Monte Cassino offer stimulation and fun for learners of all ages

There will be two, one-week sessions held between June 6th and June 17th. Each week, camps are available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 -3:30 p.m. For children enjoying both morning and afternoon sessions, a supervised lunch time is offered for $10.00/week per camper. Summer camps t-shirt are optional and available for purchase at check out.

Tuition and fees are non-refundable, unless a class is canceled for insufficient enrollment. If that occurs, the student may either select another camp or the tuition will be refunded. Class sizes are limited and fill quickly. Use the information below to help plan your schedule. The grade level for enrollment refers to the level the student will begin in the fall of 2016.

Only refunds for canceled summer camps are credited.
Entrance and Exit
Please enter and exit the Monte Cassino campus through the Elementary School Lewis entrance. Check in and check-out will occur at that central location every day of camp. Students attending day camps in other campus locations (ES Gym, MS, MPAC, ECLC) will be escorted to the camp location by their camp instructor.

Program content may change from the brochure description to address individual needs. All course offerings are subject to minimum enrollment. Monte Cassino reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason.
