STEPS TO REGISTER ONLINE

Verify Your Home League - please visit findmyleague.com if you are unsure if you are within CALL boundaries. Eligibility is determined by residence or school geographic locations.

Register Online - Save yourself time by registering online. Online registration OPENS DEC 20th. Click the "Register" tab in the upper right corner. Complete the New Customer Primary Contact if new to Covina American Little League.

Download and complete the Medical Release Form

If you’re new to Covina American Little League, please download and print the Player Verification Form. Refer to the form for acceptable proof of residency/school enrollment documents (3 are required).

Once registered, please bring the following items on a schedule try-out date or sign-up date listed below:

• Copy of your child’s birth certificate
• Medical release form
• Three proofs-of-residence dated between Feb 1, 2014 and February 1, 2015.

STEPS TO REGISTER IN PERSON

Please visit us at Barranca Park on any of the following Saturdays:

• December 20th - 9am-12pm
• January 10^th, 17^th, 24^th, and 31^st 9am -12pm
• February 7th - 9am - 12pm

Fundraiser fees are reimbursed upon sale of raffle tickets.
