PABSC will refund registrations at its discretion, based on individual circumstances and timing of request.
Generally, we will refund before the season begins for players that suffer injuries that prevent them from playing that season.
However, because we strive to allocate teams to make them as even as possible, we will not refund registrations once the player has been assigned to a team.
Refund requests may be submitted to
[email protected] and a decision will be made on a timely basis.
The written request must include the reason why the affected player does not intend to participate.
Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
Please include the following in the message body:
> The player's name
> Parent's name
> League the player was registered in (IE: "PW6").
> Reason for the refund.
We do not refund the credit card fee or system fee associated with the purchase. Uniform costs may also not be refunded if they have been ordered prior to the refund request.
