Matt has been with Fusion Soccer Club since 2010. In 2013, Matt took on the role of Technical Director, focusing primarily on the development of the U5 - U11 age groups. Matt has been heavily involved in the development of many of the new programs that have been introduced to Fusion Soccer Club over the past 5 years.

Matt has been coaching soccer in the U.S for over 10 years; prior to this, he gained experience coaching youth soccer at professional soccer clubs in England. Before joining Fusion Soccer Club, Matt worked in various premier programs in both Southern and Northern California.

Matt has an M.S. in Sports and Non-Profit Management and currently holds a NSCAA Advanced National, USSF C, FA Level 2 and KNVB Trainer Coach 3 licenses.
