SACRED HEART CYO EXECUTIVE BOARD

We are here to provide you and your family with the best Baseball/Softball experience possible! We are proud to introduce you to a team of dedicated individuals who make the Sacred Heart CYO Program a success.

Andy Dick

President

Andy Dick is owner of Optimum Results, an in-home health and wellness company locally. He grew up in Eastampton, attended RV, and now lives in Hainesport. Andy has a daughter that plays softball, was the VP of Softball for two years before assuming the role as President. He still oversees the softball operations.

 

Jason Mancivalano

Vice President, Business Operations

Jason is a resident of Westampton and has been a part of the Sacred Heart CYO Baseball community for the last 7 years as a coach and the last 4 years as an executive board member for the league. His oldest son has played in the league throughout T-Ball and now into his last year as a 12yr old. Jason's youngest son will be playing his second year in instructional and he also has 2 daughters that will be playing 8U and 10U softball next season.

 

Greg Lum

Vice President, Baseball Operations

Greg has been part of Sacred Heart for 7 years. He grew up in Marlton and has two kids, Kaitlyn and Michael. The oldest, Kaitlyn plays 14U softball and the youngest, Michael just finished his last season at Sacred Heart on one of the Cooperstown teams. Greg has coached for both his son and daughter's teams, including the summer teams every year in Sacred Heart. Greg was a minors and majors coordinator, before taking on the role of Tournament Director last year, and Vice President of Baseball Operations this year.

 

Melaney Loose

Secretary

Melaney Loose is an elementary school teacher currently teaching third grade. She has two sons. Her oldest just finished his final season as a SH Angel, and her younger son will play in the Majors division this spring. Melaney has been the team parent for both of her sons’ teams for the past 7 years and she helped run the snack bar for the last two years. This will be Melaney’s second year as Secretary.

 

Rob Mendys

Treasurer

Rob Mendys has been part of Sacred Heart for the last 10 years as a coach and 8-year board member serving as At-Large Member, Sacred Heart Cafe Coordinator, and most recently the last two years as Treasurer and was revoted in 2017 to another two-year term as Treasurer.  Rob will also be handling the SH Cafe Coordinator as well. Rob has three sons with two that have recently finished at SH and one left on the 11u team.

Mike Karle

Baseball Tournament Director

Thirty three year old Michael Karle (“Mike”) is a native of Burlington County New Jersey, born and raised in the Lumberton area. He graduated from Rancocas Valley High School in 2002. Thereafter, he served in the United States Air Force for about 8 years. During that time Mike was deployed for combat duty and served in both Afghanistan and Iraq. He was injured during his tour in Iraq in 2008 and discharged as a Disabled American Veteran in 2013.

Mike has always had a passionate love for baseball, and from about age 5 has played organized baseball on myriad teams, in leagues and organizations including the American Legion; the NJ All American Team; RV High School; Burlington County College (now Rowan); and various Independent Baseball Leagues. He began coaching at age 19 for an American Legion Team in Trenton NJ; and more recently he has been actively coaching baseball in the Sacred Heart CYO, for about the past 4 years. Mike currently lives in Eastampton NJ with his wife ( Stacy), and his three children (Landon-age 4, Little Mikie-age 7, and Sierra-age 14). All three play ball in the SH organization.
