9U Purple All-Stars Make History

Brownsburg’s 9U Purple All Stars made history in 2013. Prior to 2013, the most games any 9 year old team had ever won in District 8’s 9-10 Year Old District Tournament was two. In 2013, Brownsburg’s 9U Purple All Star Team won an exciting four games before being beat by one run in the bottom of the 6th inning by Fall Creek. In each of the six District games 9U Purple played in, they outhit their opponents, while striking out less. They also turned an amazing six double plays during their District run. The 9U Purple All Star team truly played as a team and enjoyed success because of it.
